After three decades in the legal industry -- most of which have been spent developing talent and helping lawyers reach their full potential -- I am retiring as of December 19, 2025. Thank you to all the colleagues and friends who have supported me and collaborated with me along the way. A special thanks to those of you who have partnered with me these past six years as I fulfilled my dream of having my own consulting business, training and coaching legal professionals to elevate their public speaking and workplace communication skills.
