Meet Our Founder

Gina Sauer, J.D. -- founder + president

Gina Sauer has a "360 degree" perspective on the world of law careers, having seen it from every angle: as a lawyer, legal employer, law school career services professional, and career coach/consultant. She has developed training curricula for hundreds of legal professionals, recruited and on-boarded numerous associates and partners, given dozens of presentations before organizations like the American Bar Association, and coached hundreds of professionals to achieve their career goals.


Gina is also a professional actor with an undergrad degree in public speaking, a unique background which she brings to one of her specialized coaching + training niches --  helping lawyers and other business professionals advance in their career by honing their public speaking skills.
