Meet Our Founder

Gina Sauer, J.D. -- founder + president

During the span of her career, Gina Sauer has had a unique, "360 degree" perspective on the world of law careers, having seen it from every vantage point: as a lawyer, legal employer, law school career services professional, and career coach/consultant. She has developed training curricula and presented workshops to hundreds of lawyers, recruited and on-boarded numerous associates and partners, given dozens of presentations before organizations like the American Bar Association, and coached hundreds of legal professionals to achieve their career goals. Gina's prior experience includes:

  • Director of Attorney Recruiting & Development at Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly (now Fox Rothschild)
  • President of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP)
  • Assistant Dean for Career Services at William Mitchell College of Law
  • Career Coach & Marketing Director at The Esquire Group

In additional to her career advising expertise, Gina is a seasoned public speaker and a trained, professional actor who has appeared in over 40 productions.
